woyww? and a supplimentary

Supplementary blah blah blahs:

this time last year we didn't have a roof, now I have a desk and everything... after 6 months without, the best thing was getting a water supply, after that when Mr G put in the temporary boiler and indoor shower - Yeah Mamma -  I still do not take that hot morning shower for granted, nor the potable water that flows from our tap...

My desk which can be found HERE and has upon it the boxes that the crochets came in - roofing crochets hold on the slates and give french slated roofs their distinctive pattern, as opposed to english roofs that use roof nails.....

We are doing all the renovations ourselves so it is taking longer than we thought, however, I take enormous pride in our achievements so far...

If you can here to comment - please do so below ....

You seem to be having a lot of fun with your art journal! I don't drive so it would be hubby and son to meet up but it is always nice to meet someone new! Happy WOYWW! Anne #7
